Your cat’s mouth, once it reaches adult stage, has 30 teeth: 12 incisors, 4 canine teeth, 8 premolars (4 in the upper jaw and 4 in the lower jaw) and 6 molars (4 in the upper jaw and 2 in the lower jaw).
Certain teeth, like the incisors, canine teeth, and the first premolars only have one root, whilst others have two or three.
