Advices from our vets

How do I know my dog is scared?

Signs of fear and stress are sometimes hard to tell apart, as some dogs exhibit them in quick succession, rather than simultaneously. As such, your dog might seem calm during a visit to the veterinarian but, if you look closely, you might notice one of these signs. It is important to discuss this with your veterinarian and prepare your next visits. If it is occurring frequently, you can help your dog overcome the effects of fear by anticipating them and giving it a food supplement that helps attenuate these effects.
