Advices from our vets
Your dog can be exposed to a number of stressful situations: loud construction works, home moves or travel, a visit to the veterinarian, being placed in a shelter, or the arrival of a new animal or person in your home. All of these will generate fear, potentially associated with stress. If your dog has already shown signs of fear or stress in similar situations, you can teach your companion to overcome the effects of this stress with a food supplement, which you can provide two weeks before the event and throughout its duration.
When you adopt, you can also give this type of complement to your future companion in order to facilitate its arrival.
In all of these situations, your veterinarian can also advise you with simple “tips of the trade” in order to better overcome them.
