Brushing must be done once to twice a week and varies depending on the type of coat and its length. For instance, long or woolly coats require daily brushing. The same is true during moulting.
For bathing, each case is different! All the more because the vast majority of cats hate water! Do not force it, you cannot train a cat to like it. However, if it does like water, it will let you know! There are alternatives such as sprays, foams, or wipes available.
Be very careful of always using a shampoo for cats or dogs! Shampoo for humans, even for babies, are not at all adapted to your cat’s skin.
